This event is aimed at giving people with dementia, their carers and others needing additional support somewhere to go during the day.

Everyone is welcome.

It’s an ideal way to keep fit, have a blether and meet new friends.

This is a free event and sandwiches, tea and coffee are served. The bar is open to purchase drinks.
